In 1979 I began working for my father-in-law, Dr. Leon Willis DDS, MSD. He is a fixed prosthodontist in Bellevue Washington. Dr Willis had me apprentice under him to learn dental lab work, mainly nightguards and other removable appliances. He taught me the correct way to do things from the start. After a couple of years learning from him, other dentists wanted me to make their nightguards as well. So, I decided to move out of his office and start my own business. That’s when Elder Dental Lab was born. In the years following we have worked with many dentists in Western Washington and around the country. All the way from Florida, Montana, Oregon, California and Hawaii. 

In 2017, my son and daughter-in-law started working with me.  I am thrilled to be able to pass my knowledge on to them, just as Dr Willis did for me. We are a family owned and operated lab minus corporate control! 

We continue to strive to make top quality appliances and welcome the opportunity to work with new dentists.
